With Mvutjini being a peri-urban area and Ezulwini proving to be a high-earning suburban area, the design ought to accomodate both lifestyles to the development, hence mixing two architectural languages to come up with an ambiguous master piece. Different types of construction methods and materials will be used to execute this concept; these include color coated IBR cladding, brick and motar, timber pallets, wooden decking, reinforced concrete slab, steel columns, aluminium and glass.
